Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nexgenz Marketing Agency provides digital marketing services that are customized and strategy-based. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not applicable once work has started.

If a client wishes to cancel a service before work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable processing fees. All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
